4D3N Saigon Traditional - Cuchi Mytho Tour |
Day 1: Singapore - Ho Chi Minh City (DINNER)
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and be transferred to hotel for check-in. Free at leisure till welcome dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City - Cuchi (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)
After breakfast, explore Cu Chi Tunnels - the underground tunnel built and used by the Viet Cong during the French-Indochina War and the Vietnam War. It took 25 years to construct these tunnels and it stands today as a symbol of struggle of the Vietnamese people in one of the most famous battle grounds of Vietnam War. Back to Ho Chi Minh for lunch, then take a city tour with a visit to the Independence Palace - formerly the Presidential Palace - home to the last 3 President of South Vietnam; War Museum - which exhibits photographs and weapons of the Vietnam War; Gothic-style Notre Dame Cathedral - the city''s main Catholic cathedral built by the French in the 1880s. The Cathedral's twin spires were for decades the city's most famous landmark. Followed by shopping at Ben Thanh Market, the city's central market that is packed with all kinds of local wares and souvenirs. Dinner will be served on board a boat(includes live band performance) while cruising along Saigon River.
Day 3: Ho Chih Minh City - My Tho (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)
Full day visit to My Tho - a fa mous eco-tourist spot in the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival, get onto a boat cruise on Tien River - a tributary of Mekong River. You will reach Thoi Son Island to visit a traditional workshop making coconut candy. Next, enjoy a ride on horse-drawn carriage along the island's footpath. Moving along, visit an orchard to taste tropical fruits and enjoy folk music performed by the peasants. Finally, take a sampan cruise through small canals covered by water-coconut trees.
Day 4: Ho Chi Minh City - Singapore (BREAKFAST)
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for return flight to Singapore.
